letting ourselves be seen."

HUMAN FIRST,
THERAPIST SECOND.
Finding a therapist who "gets" you can be a daunting process. That is why it is so important to me that my clients feel seen, heard, and never judged for the content of our sessions. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, burnout, parenting challenges, grief, and anger. But I am, first and foremost, a human being. I want my clients to leave our sessions feeling like they have made a real connection with someone who helps them through their pain and celebrates their victories. That is my commitment to each and every person that I work with.
I work with individual adults as well as couples. My approach draws from an eclectic mix of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy*, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. I also incorporate tools including Human Design, the Enneagram, and astrology to give my clients a holistic approach to healing. There is no "one-size-fits-all" therapy method so I customize treatment to meet your specific needs. I am constantly researching and recommending outside resources for my clients, such as books, podcasts, and online workshops that will enhance your treatment.
