We are expanding into a group practice and are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to join our growing team! The practice will continue to support clients through a holistic lens, incorporating body-mind-spirit approaches along with evidence-based practices into our treatment philosophy. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent

• Current associate registration in good standing with the California BBS

• LGBTQ-affirming, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and social justice informed

• Have training in a modality that goes beyond “talk therapy,” such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, or Internal Family Systems

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Enthusiasm for marketing and business skill development

• Able to conduct confidential telehealth sessions remotely with the proper technology

• Desire to set roots and grow with our company

• Able to develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients

• Able to maintain accurate client records and progress notes

• Able to adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines of this profession and practice

 

We are seeking associate therapists to join our team with capacity for a minimum of 10 client hours per week. There is opportunity to grow to a full-time clinician at approximately 25 client hours per week. The hours available are flexible and may include daytime, evening, or weekend hours depending on your availability and personal life commitments.
